Our Process

So you have just had new carpet installed and have pieces left over? Follow the simple instructions below to get them made into beautiful mats.

  • Make a note of the measurements for each mat you want made.
  • Make sure no piece is larger than 2 metres by 2 metres (see FAQ page)
  • Securely roll your pieces of carpet.
  • Bring your new carpet remnants to us (and bring your finished mat measurements with you).
  • Fill in the form available near our front door and leave it with your carpet pieces.
  • We will then get to work and trim your carpet to size, round the corners, match our yarn to your carpet as best as we can and then overlock – creating your beautiful mats!
  • You will receive a text message when your mats are ready for collection and this will include your final cost figure and payment instructions.
  • Let us know what day you will be picking up your mats and we will have them ready to collect on that day.
  • Finally, pick up your new mats as arranged, during daylight hours.
